This description is gonna get a bit more personal you've been warned-
I've grown up around a lot of drug addiction, it comes with the areas I've lived in and my family, and I think that's kinda...almost apparent with some of my art?
Especially here. I've seen gross skin similar to this from side effects of meth and crack in particular, not to this artistic extent ofc just a sense of what it looks like. This isn't to start some big discussion about drugs or have pity incase anyone was thinking that, just something I was thinking about while making this long enough to mention.
