How I've been feeling...
I really haven't been feeling good.. my emotional and mental state is all over the place these days, and I'm not sure what to do... I'm really the only one who knows the full story of how I've been feeling, and it's driving me insane trying to be the therapist and the patient. Especially when I don't think very highly of myself and there's all these horrible thoughts coming at me all at once. At this point art, music, and writing are my vents and it's just been crazy.. I hope I'll come out of it ok....
