yeah this is Julius. her ‘beast form’ but again it was taken away from her by Tikoiu and the Restrictor Belt was equipped on her neck which explains why Julius wears a scarf. Due to it being locked away. No one can’t remove the Belt besides her own master. But the past masters were too weak and inflicted injuries which made em go to their death. Since Julius couldn’t handle the pain and the Belt being on her neck. So on why can’t someone like Slawin remove it? Reason why is someone powerful like him with a Sin, cannot touch another sin. Or else the opposite master with get massive glares from their own sin. Which Zynolii already does when they did met one time in the TR which tikoiu did put on the stupid thing. So her beast form is sealed and replaced by a German Shepherd. The regular one is cyberus. The three headed beast. I don’t want to spoil anything else >:3c
