Ok so here’s the info on my species:
These are some water-dog or flower-dog (depends on the variety) creatures that change their appearance to what they are most interested in
For example, Polaris is most interested in constellations, so he has a constellation pattern on his back and ears
Even then, the each creature has a unique color palette or basic fur pattern that they will always have, independent of their interest.
