Double chip is mostly used on non AI equipment, example for my vessel ‘butterfly’, the storage chip is a battery and a storage at the same time. The storage chip contains the element that you need for your equipment example for the butterfly, butterfly is most likely upgraded version of a flying board, that means it needs water to be useful. The storage chip stores the water through compressing the water that is compressed is limited for a two day trip using the butterfly.
The battery chip is for the equipment to star in other words it gives power to the equipment. Once the double chip is in used it cannot be taken of in it’s equipment the user must empty the chip so it can be taken off.
Not only water but some other basic elements can be compressed in the storage chip.
