Meet Queen Fokker.
Real Name: Martha Fokker.
Race: Human
She may look innocent, but she actually isn't.
She turned the king and queen of the Harmonia Kingdom into frogs, using her magic, so she can rule over the kingdom.
Then she took control of all the kingdom and controlled everyone in it make things go her way and removed all sources of magic (like wands and spellbooks) to keep it all to herself.
Due to not being from a royal family, she has no experience when it comes to being a monarch.
