Im in a panic constantly
If I do or feel something that overwhelms me I panic and highly violent intrusive thoughts enter my head. I hate it so much. The fear of myself and what I could do in this state. I hate the feeling of wanting to cause harm to not only myself but to others. I don’t want to hurt anyone.
