This is Arthur, he was in the same world as Murmur (the blue haired guy, I couldn't remember his name so Malice (thx) suggested Murmur). Him and Murmur had a "big brother little brother" relationship (so no shipping you weirdos), even though they weren't related. Arthur was a close to an adult but he basically had the mentality of a child (he acted like a 9 year old). He loved to paint pictures and create things, and was very social. Once again I still like him ^w^
