William is young boy that works for R.C.P (Ruheland Central Post). He isn't a quiet good employee in the beginning, very forgetful and clumsy. But all in good time, he will be a good postie.

May in my country is now a rainy season (I think?). The season that my umbrella hasn't been used cos it has no rain, and when the day I don't bring a umbrella, it's going to rain....a lot.
(Hope it's not happen this year)
