I recently learned more troubling news regarding humanity's negative effects on the ocean. It needs to be said that while we as individuals can and should do our part, the worst offenders are those in the one percent. This is an old piece of mine that I went back to and re-drew, updated to my current 2024 art style.
Despite that, it still holds the same meaning as it did back when I first drew it; our oceans need to be respected and free of pollution. Additionally, deep sea mining must cease immediately. Otherwise, the poor actions of a few will be the end of all.
