I'm still a bit...f r a z z l e d from recent info [I talked about it in my recent topic] but managed to make art yay?
This is the main villain from dishonored 2! I love the dishonored games bout time I made some fanart. I played around with blurring for like...the first time-There's a version without blurring too. This is meant to emulate her end game appearance with the lighting.
