Inspired by the natural life of London’s Wansted Park, I started to imagine the personality and feature of some of the animals that I see in my daily walk. I transported some of those animals in the fabulous context of traditional Japan, transforming a cat missing one eyes into a brave Samurai or a majestic and friendly Canada-Goose into a sort of playful and colourful emperor of land and heavens above. His Kimono, decorated by fine golden lines, has been inspired by the kimono that master puppeteers would use to dress the character representing the emperor.
