「関東のお雑煮」は「すまし汁に野菜と焼いたお餅」、「関西のお雑煮」は「甘い味噌汁の出汁に丸いお餅（あんこが入っている場合もありまあすが）」ですが、北海道のお雑煮を調べた所、「酒粕の入った三平汁」という味噌味の出汁に「野菜と四角い焼き餅」が入っていて、一番の特徴は北海道特産の魚である「鮭（サケ）」と「イクラ」が入っているそうです。
