Fake cover for a fake magazine based on a old "New Yorker" magazine cover drawn by great writer and cartoonist James Thurber (1894-1961). "Paulistano" is a Brazilian Portuguese word and means a person or inhabitant of São Paulo city. I love Thurber cartoons much before knows he was. One of my earliest memories of his cartoons are the animated segments in a comedy movie starring Jack Lemmon, "The War Between Men and Women". Drawn directly on pen tablet.
