Ghibli is a low rank undercover in the demon slayer corps and works with muzan , he kills lowly life demons to show his "loyalty" to the corps in return for a few drops of muzans blood to increase his stamina and health. razzen is below lower moon and has the blood demon art " breath in the wind " which means she can take the breathing styles of opposing demon slayers and can give their ability to ghibli.ghiblis breathing style is mist breathing because he watched muichiro during the swordsmith village arc and replicated his move style to use for himself (he got razzen to track gyokko to get the location)
