The design is based on its properties (flammable with violet flame, and electrically conductive as a plasma)
two layer dress with the blue one, represent its name as water-former, and the red one represent its conductivity which Hydrogen able to produce heat and lightning. When the two fabric meets, they'll forming a violet, which was its flame color that nearly invisible to the naked eye.
I used the sun as the background and planet as her standing place because the Sun and planet (gas giants) are mainly composed of hydrogen in its plasma state.
also, I am using metals as her accessory because its reaction discovered first between iron filings and dilute acids and many metals react with water to produce H2.
Her belt, crown, and the hair tie are represent its electricity. the diamond on the crown is like the sun.
