If anyone reading this has been following me for a while, this character may look familiar. If so, you're right! This is Scott Jones, a personified USA, and an oc of mine. (I'm giving them all last names now!)
This was an art assignment, and the criteria was to draw a character in a specific/distinct style, so I went for Soviet propaganda poster. This was actually very enjoyable to create.
Another thing, it just says "Shut up and start talking," and "America's message to Germany." (I hope I got them correct, I don't know Russian) I went with this because I really didn't know what to put there, and the whole thing's been a bit of a meme in our friend group, so I thought, why not? The whole point is that it makes no sense whatsoever.
