basically, one day when it was storming, she was in a car with her parents. The car crashed and all three people in the car died. However, the little girl turned into a ghost. Now, everytime there is a storm on the road, she appears, looking for her parents. However, this causes nearby pedestrians to believe there is a little girl about to die, and they run into the road, and die. Until she finds her parents, she is going to remain on that road for all eternity.
