This is my character Topaz, she's a human witch that can transform into a mermaid. She is currently in her late teens between 16-18(I haven't settled on an exact age yet, sorry); when she was younger a potion of hers blew up affecting her right side(in the drawing and if you're facing her front). As you can see she has burn marks covering her whole side; the hair on said side is also close to the scalp, this is because the potion burned away the majority of her hair on that side and made it unable to grow back. The potion also infused some power into her side changing her eye color. Topaz is shy and reserved, she's very self conscious of her scars and she doesn't like interacting with other people because of them. She would much rather spend time with working potions than people.
