I actually like the genie's design, i might make them my sona
The reason the dude's on the side of the road is that he yeeted himself off of a bus.
I needed to work on one point perspective so i drew this ✨
the 'meaning' behind the background is that on the dudes side its closed off with a wall showing his reluctance and close-mindedness
but on the genie's side there is no wall to show their openness, and acceptance
edit- forgot to say that the EI on the dude's shirt stands for emotional intelligence, in honor of John
