Alex is also in this, if you look really closely, you can see him in the background.
So what is going on is that Andrew has a crush on Amythest, and thus why he's looking at her like that. She's totally oblivious, (of course) and doesn't notice that he likes her. Alex is in the back, and when he sees his younger brother with his sworn enemy, he starts freaking out, screaming "What the hell, Andy?"
I drew their heads smaller than usual and it's bugging me, but oh well.
