I DREW THIS IN THE CAR!! anyways, it's crazy it is now 2023, we were planning on making it back home today but something on the car broke and we can't get it fixed right now, hopefully we can get back home tomorrow...
anyways, this drawing is Lucy from Fairy Tail, i've only read a little bit of the manga, I don't plan on watching the anime right now because it's like over 300 episodes-
with my second art style it is definitely easier to draw full bodies and foreshortening, I have been enjoying drawing my second art style, maybe I just needed a bit of a break from my regular style...
I was able to draw this during a long car drive because I had a pillow on my lap and I put my kindle on the pillow.
I couldn't think of much for the background so I just did something similar to my last drawing, also with the right hand I was gonna draw her holding one of her key things but u couldn't find a reference for some reason, idk if the pose makes much sense-
