A good laugh can be more healing than any medication, it's free and has no collateral effects.
Don't dwell on the past, leave it where it belongs, behind.
You've become who you are because of the rights and wrongs you've made. Erasing one of them would erase a part of you, also remember you're imperfect and that's alright.
We put in ourselves a unreachable standard, despite knowing perfection is impossible. Whether you want or not, at some point you'll make a mistake. No matter how careful you are, so be tolerant with yourself.
Just keep doing your best and in case you fail again, laugh it off!
