Much like Liv and Airlan, Ellina is among onr of the strongest characters within the universe I’ve created. She also has quite a funny story to go along with her actually. So, I made Ellina when I was about... 9 or 10 years old. At the time, I was a huge MLP: FIM fan (still kinda am now tbh). When I first made her, she was an alicorn. I had a friend who’d actually told me that they didn’t like that she was an alicorn and to me, it really hurt knowing they didn’t like her design. About a week later, I came across an image of a purple dragon pony. At the time, I wasn’t aware that it was a part of an AU but I saw it and I was like “That looks cool! Maybe I’ll do that!” And so I did... and that’s how I got this version of Ellina. That being said, she’s undergone a lot of changes over the years (the most obvious being her hair colour). I hope she’s less cringe-worthy now though.
