Lisa is one of the major characters in the sequel of my in-development manga: "The Land of Heartfelt Dreams."
She was originally going to be the primary main character in my manga, but that version sucked and then died out soon after Cordelia came along, which is fitting because Kokoro kills Kitsune as a yearly Earthling sacrifice to keep Dream Land real.
