The sticker for the Sekki, Keichitsu, features two main characters from a ecchi romance-comedy, which I named Rascal Boy. I can't recall their names, but the boy just moved into the girl's town to escape a scandal he was involved in, only to discover that his reputation had already spread further than he anticipated. However, the girl seems to be the only one in town who knows his secret, and holds it over him to get what she wants out of him.
