I don't think you ever met this oc of mine, but his name is ketsu. He's just an e-boy and lolita boy (both at the same time for some reason) and everyone just sees him as a vampire. He's SUPER cute and dear to me, and yes, his hair split is natural, no dye. Sometimes people sees him as a girl though, which pisses him WAY off, so better not call him a girl
