Sami people are the indigenous people of the Northern parts of Scandinavia. Their country is Sapmi, which covers big parts of Sweden, Norway and Finland and even some parts of Russia.
This is my interpretation of their traditional female garnments. I wish to some day make a manga about the Sami people, because they have a long history and interesting folklore that in many parts of Sweden are overlooked or unheard. They have been treated terribly by the Swedish state historically and their stories need to be told.
