I created my new child after church when me and my sister were talking about anime and then suddenly this bro's design came to my head so I drew him, I didn't get it fully accurate to the idea though, in my mind he looked a liiiiittle bit older, but I am content with this. Oof I hope he doesn't look like a pre-existing character or something, he kinda looks like he'd come out of that Genshin Impact game (I haven't played it), I reallllllly hope he doesn't look to similar to someone, also my bro said he looks like how he imagined Snow would look like in The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes.
