I know nobody will see this but I've been really pissed about this for a while now. I know I mentioned age regression before and how I missed it but now I really just hate it. I stumbled across a few TikTok videos explaining what age regression really is and how you can't have a caregiver because then it becomes a kink, even if there's no sexual interation because they say it's still a "power exchange" and how you can't use any of the cutesy things that you see "age regressors" use on TikTok and how age regression isn't really a coping mechanism but a form of hypnotherapy that should only be done with a therapist and it's actually horrifying to go through. I can't tell if this is true or if it's just gatekeeping. Either way, I feel so guilty. I wish I never heard about it. All the hate, gatekeeping and whatnot is getting to me and I just can't take it anymore. Maybe I'll just stop doing childish things altogether since I should focus on acting like an adult, anyway
