Christmastide is a Slavic folk holiday. The holiday lasts 12 days: from the appearance of the first star on Christmas Eve until Epiphany.
These days people tell fortunes, walk around dressed in folk clothes and masks. They joke with each other. And on January 19, everyone swims in cold water.
