New OC I made, doesn't have a name yet.
Story so far: (takes place in a fantasy world) The government in their country tracks all the citizens using facial recognition and tracking devices. There are high crime rates in the cities. This OC is a cloaked person that goes around helping people, but society doesn't like them because they won't reveal their face. Eventually makes friends, who join them and help people, as well as standing against facial recognition and tracking.
