Here’s a new Ninjago OC, (mostly made to prove to my brother that I CAN make OCs that aren’t elemental masters.) Yes, both of these are Rika. She has the power to shapeshift between human and serpentine. (Not really sure how yet, but it might be something to do with an evil scientist or something.) :)
