Her skills include incredibly speed swimming, being able to see in pitch dark (due to her vision powers), communicating with marine mammals and fishes, knowledge about every aquatic location

An Amhotec has a specific type of eye. It has huge pupils to allow vision in deep dark oceans. Their eyes have a structure called Tapetum Lucidum which reflects the incoming light and makes the pupil shine for better vision in dark. (Explained in diagram)
