I wanted to highlight his drug 'aspect' a bit more so I added brighter and more chaotic patterns and colors that pop, I was also inspired by his spider half, so I changed his eyes it also fits well with the whole 'Angel' part of his name and the fact that he's trying to be redeemed and the angels in heaven are drawn biblically accurate.
