I drew Rumi to vent a bit. Exams stress me out.
Also, I saw more people thinking that Rumi may be from MI6 (I've been thinking about it too, but I have lack of information on Rumi, because I didn't read the manga). And I don't like the idea that we have more characters from police but not from the Black Organisation. BO already has more traitors and rats than the actual members who are doing their criminal jobs. Maybe it's just me who wants this badass woman to have the highest BO rank.
