This is a Kinnari. Kinnari are race of half-human half-bird creatures from Buddhist mythology (the male counter part is a kinnara). They are a benevolent towards humans and are said to live somewhere in the Himalayan mountains. They are known for their skills in singing, dancing, and poetry.
