1. Draw your eyes!
2. Choose vibrant/bright colors (you can also use dull/soft colors too but they don't work as good)
3. Use a darker shade of your base colors to add depth (gradient brushes work best here)
4. Use a dot brush for more detail (use the same color from step 3)
5. Repeat steps 3 & 4 the other part of the eyes
6. Add any detail you would like
-I added highlights using a light color( matching the base colors) and the dot brush
-I also used the base colors from step 2 with the dot brush for more detail on top of previous shading
