This is Lakas' Quio's brother (he is a cat), who was poisoned by the goddess he made a deal with to save his sister. While he was fighting his mentor to become a warrior, the poison took action and he stopped and started coughing up blood, and in his head echos the words of the goddess that he made the deal with.
*Disclaimer: I will make an acuall scene of a fight or something later, but for now I'm just being lazy.
