She is Leonela!
I know that she looks mean and evil, but forget about that! She isn't like that!
She is friendly, positive, nice, funny, good, and happy. Loves cooking and making everyone laugh. Never decline her cookies, she'll get mad and will bother you until you accept.
She was supposed to be an Fan Character of Cuphead for an AU. But then I loved her design and the I decided to make her an Original Character!
