Rafflesia arnoldi is the biggest flower in the world. This flower was first discovered in 1818 in tropical forest of Bengkulu, Indonesia. Rafflesia arnoldi emits a foul odor to attract insect to help the pollination process. Therefore many people consider this flower to be corpse flower because the foul odor that is emitted. Rafflesia arnoldi only aged five to seven days and after that will wither and died.
