八咫烏をモデルに、神につかえる烏の擬人化を描きました。 山で遭難した人間を案内しろと神に命令され、その命令に従い、遭難した人間を捜し出している場面です。 構図は遭難した人間目線で描きました。 八咫烏が導きの神、太陽の化身と言われているところに着目し、場面を考え、色を暖色でまとめました。
