Little is known about these creatures, but they seem to live in rivers or ponds where people have died. Some people think that the clothes they are in are the ones someone had on before they died in the water. Most people are too frightened to study or even get close to them, because they say that they feel a bad presence behind them, and something pushing them closer and closer to the water. Almost no one knows how to tell their gender, their intentions, or most of their history. Some people have claimed that they hear these creatures crying, and screaming in the late hours of the night, most likely over deaths of people and other creatures.
