This lovely creature is Floretta, a Non-playable Character (NPC) of mine for the same group that the miss Willow is in. Floretta is actually Willow's adopted mother.
Floretta is a magic user, the type of magic she uses is Earth magic as you can probably guess from the theme she is in; not to mention the book she is holding.
