Ok I had this school project to design a robot Fran a base of squares and rectangles, then add limbs and decorate the robot. The base design was pretty bland but I managed to create J-10. They are inspired by Porter Robinson's "sad machine" .

Backstory (summed up): They were created to give company to their dying creator, and was the creature of dreams to his childhood self.They don't understand death, so when their creator dies, they carries his corpse in hopes of finding someone to "wake him up". Even when the corpse decomposes, they kept what remains in a jar and continued their journey.
