Es Doger (abbreviation of Es Dorong Gerobak) or in English "Pushing Cart Ice" is an traditional dessert from Indonesia. It is called pushing cart ice because this dessert used to sold with a cart and sold around the town. Nowadays people can find Es Doger in many stalls.
This dessert is coconut-milk based shaved ice dessert with variety toppings from fruits, jelly, boba, even bread.
Es Doger is a perfect cure after thirsty day and even it is straditional, es doger still became popular choice amongst Indonesian to chill their body.
