When she treats Dev's wounds properly and carefully, she covers him some skins so that he doesn't get cold. Transformers are sensitive to ambient temperature, just like humans; and a wounded young man wouldn't feel very well in a cold cave. Rix then sits with him until morning. He falls asleep.
