Alex Trebek, the host of the game show Jeopardy, just passed due to pancreatic cancer. This hit me pretty hard because I was a diehard fan of Jeopardy ever since I was little and in a way, hearing about Alex's passing, to me, felt like I lost another friend. I think he had stage 4 cancer but he did so well and stayed so strong during his battle with cancer. I honestly didn't see this coming. I know death is a part of life and obviously, it happens to everyone, but I didn't think it would happen so soon. I miss him already, even though I didn't know him personally, like a lot of other celebrities: Rick May, Edd Gould, Bob Ross and Whitney Houston, just to name a few. Rest in peace, Alex. Thank you for being such a big part of my childhood.
