The Special ability for Black Tars have a fluffy ended tail. But for lower ranked Specials have two tails. They do have their own differences. Spikey tails have more power but flat ones are weaker. Double Tails do have their strengths though. For having a ability for having two chain-linked weapons. like a mini pistol. Their history states back to the time Slawin was over thrown as god. From hatred and defeat he became the first Special Black Tar. And created others as guards for the Held World. But as said, during the purge most BTs were killed. And the Special BTs, were held for mind control or 'Special' deaths. A few fled. Some died. But who knows how many are still alive.
