I love to bake. The only problem is I don't have a proofer. Right now I have to set up my microwave in a certain way that takes up time. I also have to wait until the dough rises before I can use the microwave for anything else like melting butter. With a toaster oven It could save time and would be a big help if I had it in my kitchen
